FAQ’S:

My athlete has a sibling who would love to train. Can THEY JOIN WITH OUR TEAM?

At DAP, we are all about encouraging all athletes. For this specific program, however, we limit our team training to only athletes participating on the team. This dedicates our coaching time to your athlete’s team and their specific skillsets so they get the best results from our program. We’d love to have siblings join our speed and strength program at any time! Check in with Coach Mike and he’ll get them scheduled for a class that best fits their needs.

THIS PROGRAM ONLY RUNS UNTIL DECEMBER 20, 2023. WILL WE BE ABLE TO KEEP TRAINING AS A TEAM AFTER THAT?

Yes, we hope you will! Coach Mike’s training programs run 8 weeks at a time. So, if your team decides to continue training after our first round of sessions, we will create another 8 week program based on the skills we worked on in the round prior. This can continue as many times as your team would like as each round of sessions enhances as we progress.

My athlete would like to come more than once a week. Can we come any other day to train?

Ideally, athletes will train 2-3 times per week to get maximum results. However, with teams, we stick to one day per week to focus in on very specific skills and strength training that will benefit them and the team as a whole. Your athlete is always welcome to join our regular athlete sessions that run every evening Monday-Friday. Check with Coach Mike for details.

WHAT DOES MY ATHLETE NEED TO BRING FOR TRAINING?

DAP is an indoor turf facility. We recommend regular tennis shoes and athletic wear for training. Some teams ask that practice uniforms be worn, check with your Coach! Make sure your athlete brings a bottle of water. We have a vending machine and water cooler on-site.
