ATHLETE PERFORMANCE COACH FOR TEENAGE ATHLETES

Not awkward, frustrated, or second-guessing themselves. I’m sure you’ve tried all the training coaches and extra sessions. You’ve tried the motivational speeches and asking other parents their thoughts.


But, nothing seems to be working.

not just another thing that exhausts your athlete.
You want someone who understands growth spurts, team pressure,
and the difference between working hard and developing correctly.
You’re not afraid of commitment and your athlete isn’t afraid of effort.

I help teenage athletes rebuild their confidence, develop real speed and strength,
and train in a way that makes sense for where their body is right now, not where they’re expected to be.

Because development should be intentional.

When training is structured around their specific needs, confidence returns.

We don’t rush athletes into random workouts and we don’t push them to condition with repeated bad habits.

We follow a structured, step-by-step path based on where your athlete is right now, both physically and mentally.

ATHLETE PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT

Every athlete begins with a coach-led performance assessment. We assess why your athlete isn’t performing to their potential and how to fix it.

You leave with clarity and a plan.

BUILD THE FOUNDATION

Our athletes move into our 12-Week Athlete Foundation program, where we focus on rebuilding the movement patterns that create confidence and explosiveness.

This phase sets the standard for everything that follows.

PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT

Once a strong base is established, athletes move into ongoing training. This is where we focus on explosive speed, power development and strength training.

When the foundation is strong, performance is sustainable.

At DAP, coaching isn’t about chasing intensity.
It’s about understanding where an athlete is - physically and emotionally - and guiding them forward with intention.
