step 1: eVALUATION sESSION

To start your summer training at DAP, schedule a free evaluation session with Coach Mike to determine your athlete’s specific plan for training. During this one hour meeting, your athlete will go through a series of specific movements allowing Coach Mike to see where your athlete is thriving and determine areas of improvement to create explosive speed and power for the fall season.

STEP 2: PURCHASE SESSIONS

Once your personalized training plan is created with Coach Mike, training packages are available for purchase. Each session package will stay with your athlete to use at anytime, depending on purchase option, within it’s expiration date after purchase.

STEP 3: SCHEDULE SESSIONS

Schedule one or all of your sessions in your package right away! Take a look at our summer training calendar to find the time that works best for your athlete. We do ask that you register for your session using your athlete profile prior to the start of sessions for planning purposes.

Training times will be available from Monday, June 10th to Friday, August 9th.

 

how much do training sessions cost?

Training costs range from $30-$50 per session depending on the package purchased. We offer sessions at various price points based on the package purchased. Typically, the more sessions purchased in the package, the lower the cost per session.

Do you offer a discount for siblings?

what times are your sessions offered?

Starting Monday, June 10th, our summer schedule offers age-specific sessions throughout the morning and afternoons every Monday-Thursday. Sessions are only offered in the mornings on Fridays. Click here to see our full summer training schedule.

Do you offer TEAM training?

Our summer team training calendar is filling up quickly! We offer personalized timeslots for your athlete's team through our DAP Core program, where we focus on your team’s specific needs to gain explosive power together. We do ask that team training sessions consist of at least 8 athletes to maximize the time spent together during training. Contact Coach Mike to discuss details.
