ATHLETE FOUNDATION PROGRAM | 6-WEEK SESSIONS
This is where every DAP athlete starts. The Foundation Program is a 6-week structured training experience designed to rebuild how your athlete moves - from the ground up. Coach Mike works with each athlete individually, identifying what’s holding them back and building a training plan around where their body actually is right now.
This isn’t generic conditioning. It’s intentional development.
ATHLETE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM | ONGOING
For athletes who have completed the Foundation Program.
Once your athlete completes the Foundation Program, the work doesn’t stop - it compounds.
The Maintenance Program keeps your athlete training consistently with Coach Mike, building on the foundation they’ve established and continuing to develop their speed, strength, and confidence through every season.
