FAQ’S:

WHAT DOES MY ATHLETE NEED TO BRING FOR TRAINING?

DAP is an indoor turf facility. We recommend regular tennis shoes and athletic wear for training. Some teams ask that practice uniforms be worn, check with your Coach! Make sure your athlete brings a bottle of water. We have a vending machine and water cooler on-site.

My athlete has a sibling who would love to train. Can THEY JOIN WITH THE LARGE GROUP TRAINING?

At DAP, we love encouraging all athletes. For this specific program, however, we limit this training to athletes ages 10 and up. This dedicates our coaching time to our athletes and their specific skillsets so they get the best results from our program. We’d love to have younger siblings join our speed program geared specifically for them anytime. Check in with Coach Mike and he’ll get them scheduled for a class that best fits their needs.

HOW MANY DAYS A WEEK DO YOU RECOMMEND AN ATHLETE TRAIN AT DAP WHILE IN SEASON?

Our programs fit perfectly with in-season sports schedules. We recommend an athlete train at DAP 2-3 times per week for maximum results. Check with Coach Mike to ensure your athlete is with the right program and to create a schedule that best fits your athletes goals.
